We will endeavor to ensure that the information displayed on this website is current and accurate. However, we cannot be held liable for any errors. This includes stock levels, images, descriptions, and prices.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
If we cancel your order in part or in its entirety, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the part of the order that has been cancelled.
Orders must be paid for in advance. Once you have placed an order online, we will send you a confirmation email. We will contact you if there are any problems with stock, pricing or delivery. If you have made an error in your order, please contact us and we will take steps to amend it before dispatch where possible.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD. We reserve the right to change the prices of any item at any time without prior notice.
Payment
Payments are processed by Heartland Payment Systems. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards. By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and may be subject to checks through your banking provider. If your card issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Purchaser Statutory Compliance
By accepting the Terms and Conditions upon purchasing distilled spirits you understand:
- If you are shipping to a Kentucky address to the best of your knowledge and belief, the address to receive the purchased distilled spirits is not located in a dry territory and shipping distilled spirits to the address will not violate any local ordinances.
- Upon the delivery of the purchased distilled spirits, a person that is at least 21 years old must sign for the delivery and I understand that the distilled spirits cannot be delivered without the verification signature.
- Angel's Envy is not responsible for any loss or breakage that occurs during shipping and that I or the common carrier or shipping company that delivers the distilled spirits bears the responsibility for ensuring that your purchase is whole upon delivery, and that you received your purchased items.
Shipping Policy
We can only deliver to the U.S. Shipments will be shipped in 2-5 days after the order has been placed (Monday – Friday). There may also be occasions when delivery will take longer due to factors outside of our control. During US holiday seasons delivery may take longer as this is an annual peak time for shipments within the US. During expected high-volume timeframes (Cyber Monday, holidays), we will post specific shipping constraints and updates on our website.
All shipments containing alcohol are exclusively shipped by UPS and require a 21 year or older adult signature.
We will provide a UPS tracking number in your confirmation and you will be able to track your package.
Shipping Fees
Shipping and handling fees will be added to your purchase. Angel’s Envy will cover shipping fees for returns & exchanges.
Refund Policy - Returning an order
You have the right to return your order up to 30 days from when you have received your delivery. Please contact us via our online store chat feature with details of the order number, your name, address and contact details. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable food items (this excludes whisky) and personalized bottles are exempt from being returned.
Faulty Goods
You may also return items that are faulty, not as described, or damaged. Please contact us via our online store chat feature explaining the situation and include photos of the items.
For faulty goods we will refund you the full amount including the original delivery charge and any reasonable costs for you to return the product to us. Please always contact us via our online store chat feature before sending an item to discuss the best method of shipment.
Refund Policy
- We are extending our returns time period to 30 days. We will make return and refund accommodations for unique circumstances on an individual basis.
- Refunds may take up to 5-10 days to process. Due to Covid, we will need to hold returned packages for 72 hours prior to processing.
- Once we receive your returned package in good condition, refunds will be credited to your credit card or gift card used at purchase.
- We cannot except returns on consumable products including beverage alcohol or chocolates. Please contact customer service at https://www.angelsenvy.com/contact for assistance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition; any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping goods back to us
Please always contact us via our online store chat feature before sending an item back to us. To return your product, you should post it to: Angel’s Envy Online Store, 445 East Market, Louisville, KY 40202. Returns should be made using a tracked shipping service to allow proof of receipt.
